Replacement and Reshipment Policy

Replacement & Re-shipment Policy:

Replacement claims are valid for 10 days from the order delivered date.

Wrong or damaged product: Contact customer support with images for resolution.

Replacement for plants: Available if the plant is damaged (uprooted roots, broken stems, or completely dried leaves). Note: If the plant is not curable.

Replacement for planters/pots: Available only if the pot has visible cracks.
-
Missing or undelivered parts: Eligible for reshipment.

In case of the missing item, please keep the Box and attached shipping label.

Products received in incorrect quantity are eligible for re-shipment/refund.

If a replacement plant arrives damaged, kindly provide a photo of it in the temporary pot to claim a refund.

If few items are missing or received empty box, we require a video of the package being opened to initiate a re-shipment.
Note: In case of plant replacements, we will offer plants in temporary pots only
: In case of multiple plant replacements, customer need to fill separate damaged replacement form for each plant.
